Power In Motion

PIM, or Power in Motion, began as a running clinic for beginning runners, but has grown into a wider group of friends who meet twice a year for newcomers learning to run, or for veterans. PIM Kids is a new initiative with the goal of enabling parents to run with their children. It is fully integrated into the Power In Motion program with all the same benefits. PIM Kids is open to parents with children that are at least 5 years old. The training schedule will be a gentle build-up of endurance to enable you to run/walk a 5k race.
