The Quillian Center is a Sports and Recreation Ministry of First Methodist Houston. We're located on the Westchase Campus of the First Methodist Church at 10570 Westpark Drive. You've probably seen the facility if you've driven down the Sam Houston Tollway near Westpark on the west side of the city. The mission of Quillian Center is to provide Christian recreational opportunities to the members of First United Methodist Church and the city. In this place, children, youth, adults, and senior adults can exercise mind, body, and soul in a Spirit-empowered atmosphere.

Since 1958, the Quillian Center has served the Houston community with a wide range of high-quality recreational opportunities. Whether you're a member of First Methodist Houston or not, you are certainly welcome to join us anytime! We're very proud of our first-class facility, our dynamic, low-cost programs, and our nurturing staff - who love and care for all who visit us every day.

The Quillian Center offers affordable after-school child care, summer day camp activities, basketball, flag football, enrichment classes, swimming, and a whole host of other special events, activities and programs for children, youth, adults, and senior adults.

The facilities at Quillian Center include two lighted softball fields, an open air pavilion, soccer fields, a 400 meter fitness trail, playgrounds, and a beautiful aquatic venue which features a 25 meter pool, diving board, and slides. Most guests enjoy spending time at the Noah's Ark Play Pool designed for the smaller children who enjoy the water spraying from the animals, the slides, and the tipping coconut tree. The Quillian Center also includes an indoor gymnasium, game room, and climbing wall for those participating in scheduled activities. Concessions, showers, lockers, and plenty of parking are provided for our guests' convenience.
