Rocketeers Camp

Blast off this summer and join the fun learning rocketry. Rocketeers will be teamed up to build rockets and conduct test flights. This is a chance to be a rocket scientists! Session include:Stage 1- Rockets Away: Learn the basic forces of flight and build a foam rocket. Stage 2- Up, Up and Away: Test the forces of flight with a rocket fueled by water and air pressure. Design a rocket form a plastic bottle and conduct test flights. Stage 3- Blast Off: Build a solid fuel rocket, calculate the distance traveled by the trajectory. Open to all youth 9 to 18 years of age. All Resources provided and lunch.
