Friends of Texas Wildlife is a non profit organization that rehabilitates orphaned, injured, and displaced native Texas wildlife. Located in Magnolia, it serves Montgomery County and several counties to the north. Volunteer rehabbers care for the animals until they are able to be released back into the wild. Members of the community that find wildlife in need of care should call Friends of Texas Wildlife at 281-259-0039. If the animal needs to be rehabilitated, it can be taken to the Intake Center at 29615 Highland Blvd., Magnolia. Thousands of mammals, birds, and repiles recieve care each year.
