Simple Thimbles is a sewing school that provides beginner and advanced sewing skills to children by offering camps, weekend sewcials, homeschool, and after school classes.
Simple Thimbles sewing camps provide unique skill-building projects designed specifically for children in mind. We offer beginner camps so no sewing experience necessary. We teach our kids to sew while also having fun in a supportive group setting.
Our philosophy to sewing instruction is that every child is different and approaches a project uniquely to them. We embrace these differences by creating projects that start by setting the foundation to establish confidence for new sewers and gradually build upon the skills they learn from previous accomplishments.
Sewing is a lifelong skill that can start early in life or even much later. No matter when you start, we are there to help you, have fun with you, and share in your successes.
Simple Thimbles offers beginner sewing classes for children using sewing machines, patterns, tools, and fabrics.
