Spring Branch Community Health Center

SBCHC offers primary and preventative medical services, oral health care, and behavioral health care for low-income and uninsured patients. SBCHC is a Federally Qualified Health Center that accepts all patients regardless of an inability to pay; we accept Medicaid/CHIP/ Medicare and private insurance. We offer free health education opportunities to community residents in an effort to improve public health. SBCHC hosts free events for families both online and in-person to open access to health and social services.
