Vitacca Vocational School for Dance, Woodlands

Vitacca School for Dance, Houston is a school for gifted dancers. Vitacca provides advanced ballet technique, modern and contemporary movement coaching which acts as the foundation for professional dance careers and college preparation. Dancers work with a world-class faculty, notable local artists and renowned national artists. Each dancer receives personal attention and coaching from faculty and guest artists. Through rigorous technique classes and the creation of advanced repertoire, the school educates the aspiring dancer on the artistic process, a disciplined work ethic and dance industry standards. The Houston school offers an accelerate home school program and pre-professional, professional training programs for the focused dancer ages 10-23, and open training. 

Vitacca School for Dance, Woodlands is for the focused and driven dancer, offering the education needed to pursue dance at an advanced level. The school provides three programs including a Children’s Program, School Training Program and Pre-Professional Program. The Vitacca curriculum combines advanced training in ballet, modern and contemporary movement, which sets a strong foundation for healthy technique. Students age three to nine are placed by age while students ten and up are placed by knowledge, ability and potential.
