Fencing is thrilling, fast paced and FUN! Often referred to as physical chess, it combines strategic thinking with rigorous physical training, developing balance, cognitive skills, coordination and focus well beyond sport. Fencers learn to think well and act quickly, making good decisions under pressure. Because of this exceptional training, fencers are among the highest achievers in academics - and life.
