World Trekkers- Panama

*The event has already taken place on this date: Fri, 08/23/2024
Oh, Panama - a land of many wonders! Renowned for the iconic Panama Canal, through which approximately 14,000 ships travel annually to destinations like China, Chile, Japan and beyond. But did you know that Panama also holds the record for the most birds surpassing the continental USA? With an astounding 986 recorded species, it's a bird watcher's paradise. This year, we celebrate Panama, offering you a taste of its rich culture and natural beauty. Come purchase delicious Panamanian cuisine from our friends at Sugar Grill Caffe, enjoy captivating folklore dances by Ritmos y Vibraciones de Panama, and participate in crafting your own Mola art and even recreate a traditional plate inspired by the native Embera Village. Experience a little bit of Panama at HMNS!
