Parents Carpool Visual for Drop-off and Pick-up
Healthcare Recommendation Form - Required - email to camppaseo@bellairetx.gov or drop it off at 7008 5th Street, Bellaire, TX 77401. Must be turned in with the Health History form.

| The age cutoff calculation date is the universal date that school districts use. The age that the child is on September 1 of the current academic school year will define eligibility or placement in camp. |

Please review the Camp Refund Policy effective 10/01/23. To cancel registration and request a refund, please contact the Bellaire Recreation Center at recreation@bellairetx.gov.
