*The event has already taken place on this date: Sat, 11/05/2016
Come enjoy an afternoon at the pond with us! Learn the basics of baiting a hook and using a traditional cane pole to fish.
Please help us keep this calendar up to date! If this activity is sold out, canceled, or otherwise needs alteration, email mindy@kidsoutandabout.com so we can update it immediately. If you have a question about the activity itself, please contact the organization administrator listed below.
We will have a good time trying to catch one of our many freshwater fish species, identifying various species of water turtle, and learning how much fun it is to be an Angler.
Class schedule: classes will meet at the Meadow Pond Deck on the South Meadow Trail – please plan for a 15 minute stroll to get to the pond. There will be a 45 minute fishing session including instruction.
*Times, dates, and prices of any activity posted to our calendars are subject to change. Please be sure to click through directly to the organization’s website to verify.
