Kid's Night at CAP

Kids love animals and CAP loves kids! Take advantage of this opportunity to "Take a Break" and let our staff and volunteers keep the kiddos entertained at the CAP Animal Shelter & Pet Adoption Center located off I-10 at Barker-Cypress.
Go to a movie! Enjoy a dinner out at a restaurant that doesn't feature chicken nuggets. Catch up with your adult friends! Heck their kids can hangout at CAP too. You deserve some quality adult time! Kids 6 and up are welcome for a donation of $15 (or more if you're inclined) per child. Animal themed FUN & games will keep the kiddos entertained and kid approved dinner is included*. NO reservations required. Limit of 50 kids.
* If you have a picky eater or child with food allergies, you may want to brink your child's meal labeled with their name. All the food we served is donated. A typical menu might include cheese pizzas, spaghetti, or chicken nuggets.
Citizens for Animal Protection, CAP, strives to encourage the curiosity, optimism and exuberance of children -- traits often found in our furry pups and kittens! Help your child discover the joy and wonder of befriending animal companions while in the company of other kids that share their natural love of pets. All proceeds raised benefit the many homeless pets cared for at the CAP Animal Shelter & Pet Adoption Center.
