The Magic Tree House series brings the first of Mary Pope Osborne’s celebrated fantasy adventures to life! In Dinosaurs Before Dark, Jack and Annie stumble upon a mysterious tree house packed with books, and one curious wish sends them whirling back to the age of dinosaurs. When the spinning stops, they find themselves face‑to‑face with a prehistoric world where danger and wonder go hand in hand. As they navigate this unfamiliar landscape, they form surprising bonds with the creatures they meet and summon all their courage to find a way home.
In their next enchanted journey, The Knight at Dawn, carries them into the heart of medieval times—a realm of towering castles, daring quests, and knights clad in gleaming armor. One wish drops them into a world of feasts, secret corridors, and magical armor that seems to move on its own. Chasing the mystery of the Black Knight, Jack and Annie discover the true meaning of bravery and honor as they race to return to their own time once again.
