Owl-O-Ween Festival

Festival participants will enjoy live animals including: insects and spiders from the TAMU Entomology Graduate Student Organization, snakes and lizards from from HERPS Exotic Reptile and Pet Shop, animals from Opossum Town, and other Owl-O-Ween surprises! Don’t miss the chance to view some iconic Halloween animals up close!
Older children will also have a “hoot of a time” on the haunted woods tour in the Carter Creek Nature Trail. Multiple tours will conducted throughout the evening.
All ages who attend in costume will receive a special goody bag! Visitors are also encouraged to view the Museum’s special exhibit, Steam, Smoke & Steel: Riding the Rails through Time, on display through October 26.
The Brazos Valley Museum of Natural History is open to visitors Tuesday through Saturday from 10 am to 5 pm. Regular admission fees: adults $5; seniors/students/children $4; children 3 and under are free.
