Shadow Puppet Theatre, Thursday, April 2 at 11am presents “Little Quack” by Lauren Thompson. Little Quack watches his brothers and sisters “splish, splash, and splosh” into the pond behind their mama. Will he find the courage to follow his family?
Shadow Puppet Theatre, Thursday, April 9 at 11am presents “The Runaway Bunny” by Margaret Wise Brown. This beautiful classic tale follows a little bunny as he runs away from his mother in a make-believe game of “hide and seek.” Mother finds him every time!
Shadow Puppet Theatre, Thursday, April 16 at 11am presents “Earth Day, Birthday!” by Maureen Wright. April 22 rolls around, and Monkey’s friends insist on celebrating Earth Day; but Monkey tries to convince them it’s his birthday!
Shadow Puppet Theatre, Thursday, April 23 at 11am presents “Percival the Baby Caterpillar, by Henry Kingston. A baby caterpillar explores the world, meeting many friends and learning who he is in the process.
Shadow Puppet Theatre, Thursday, April 30 at 11am presents “Hansel and Gretel” retold by Helen Anderton. In this gentle retelling of the classic fairytale, Hansel and Gretel stumble upon a yummy gingerbread house covered in treats. After snacking, they meet the witch who lives there…but don’t worry, everything is worked out; and they become friends!
