Shadow Puppet Theatre, Thursday, Oct. 1, at 11am, presents “Alice in Wonderland” by Lewis Carroll (Disney version). Based on the classic tale, children will delight in Alice’s adventures in Wonderland.
Shadow Puppet Theatre, Thursday, Oct. 8, at 11am, presents “Douglas, You Need Glasses!” by Ged Adamson. We are celebrating World Sight Day with an endearing story about Douglas, a dog who doesn’t realize he needs glasses. His poor eyesight puts him in some sticky situations, such as chasing a leaf that he thinks is a squirrel! After an eye exam and finding the perfect pair of glasses, Douglas discovers all the wonderful things he’s been missing around him.
Shadow Puppet Theatre, Thursday, Oct. 15, at 11am, presents “When the Leaf Blew In” by Steve Metzger. This humorous story explains the chain reaction that occurs when one single leaf blows into the barn, starting with the cow sneezing “Ah Choo”!
Shadow Puppet Theatre, Thursday, Oct. 22, at 11am, presents “It’s Pumpkin Time!” by Zoe Hall. A sister and brother plant pumpkin seeds in their garden and watch with wonder as the seeds eventually turn into their Halloween pumpkins!
Shadow Puppet Theatre, Thursday, Oct. 29, at 11am, presents “If You’re a Monster and You Know It” by Rebecca Emberley. This fun twist on “If You’re Happy and You Know It” follows some lively, child-friendly monsters as they stomp their paws and twitch their tails!

Shadow Puppet Theatre is an introduction to storytelling elements that allow our readers and audience to interact directly with each other. Children of all ages are enchanted with the animated shadows.
