Storybook Theatre, Friday, Sept. 4 at 11am presents “Hey Grandude!” by Paul McCartney. In honor of Grandparents Day on Sunday, September 13, we’re celebrating with this delightful, magical tale from a music legend! Join Grandude and his grandchildren as they follow the magic compass around the world for unforgettable adventures.
Storybook Theatre Friday, Sept. 11 at 11am presents “DreamWorks Gabby’s Dollhouse: The Cupcake Tree” adapted by Gabhi Martins. A tiny cupcake tree is delivered to Gabby’s Dollhouse. Cakey Cat shows Gabby how to care for it. However, someone thinks it would be a good idea to feed the plant extra honey, which results in a bit of a problem!
Storybook Theatre, Friday, Sept. 18 presents “The Dot” by Peter H. Reynolds. Just make a mark and see where it takes you.” Her teacher’s words give Vashti the gentle nudge she needs to have the confidence to channel her creativity and make something wonderful beginning with one little dot. September 15 is International Dot Day!
Author Amelia J. Taylor will be our special guest at Storybook Theatre on Friday, September 25. She will be reading Don’t Go to the Zoo! on stage at 11:00am; and that will be immediately followed by a meet and greet, where she will sell and sign her books until 12:15pm. This sweet story, the third book in a series, continues to follow a young boy who encounters frequent misadventures throughout his day.
