University of St. Thomas Women’s Soccer and Houston Aces (WPSL) joined forces to create this unique learning opportunity for young female soccer players. UST Head Coach Nik Barjaktarevic, his staff along with current and former college as well as professional soccer players will lead the instruction in a positive, fun and safe environment, challenging players to strive for excellence.
One thing that sets this camp apart of other soccer camps is our focus on being “Champions of Character” and five core values we will highlight in our camps: Respect, Responsibility, Integrity, Servant Leadership and Sportsmanship.
University of St. Thomas Soccer Camps are designed for players of varying ages and abilities. Our campers range from beginners all the way up to collegiate level advanced skills. Ages range from 12 to 18, and all camp sessions will be age appropriate and provide fun, fast paced learning environment where skill development activities and games will help them improve their skill in game-like situations. Some of the camp topics will include: skill work/Coerver skill set, attacking and defending, passing and receiving under pressure, 1v1 moves, positional training, fitness with the ball, goalkeeping, finishing, heading, competitive games and much, much more.
Our “College Panel” will give your insight in both best practices to be recruited from College Coaches as well as personal experiences from college and professional players.
All campers will receive our official Soccer Camp T-shirt. Register before May 1st for Free Camp Photo. Family discount and Team Discount are also available. All camp sessions will be held at Hackett Soccer Field (UST Campus)
