Beach Walk
The Gulf of Mexico is our destination. What exciting things will we see along the way?
Does the Gulf of Mexico call to you? Join us on a short hike to the beach by walking through the swales and dunes to learn about the unique, but harsh ecosystem. Many plants and animals are adapted to survive along the sandy shores and in the surf.
This hike has very little shade so hats and sunglasses are highly recommended. Plan ahead - you will get wet and sandy.

- Bring: Sunscreen, bug spray, water, weather appropriate clothing and beach appropriate shoes.
- Meet: Beachside Day Use Turtle Statue
- Cost: Entry fee is $5 for adults and FREE for children 12 & under. Park entry free with a State Parks Pass.
