Boom: Cannon Demonstration

BOOM! Have you ever wondered how to load a cannon or seen one fired? On February 18, visitors to the San Jacinto Monument can learn how to load a cannon and watch regular cannon demonstrations. It will be a blast, literally!

When: Saturday, February 18; 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.; cannon fire will be on the hour and the half hour
Where: Outside the San Jacinto Monument
Ages: All ages
Things to Bring: Hearing protection if desired
Cost: Free
Note: Program will be canceled in case of rain or inclement weather.
