Experience the joy of sailing with Sailing Angels, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing free sailing adventures for individuals with special needs, at-risk youth, military personnel, first responders, and others facing life challenges. Our mission is to offer therapeutic and educational experiences on the water, fostering confidence, relaxation, and joy.
The Sailing Experience:
Each sailing excursion lasts approximately two and a half hours and departs from the Kemah area. Participants are invited to take the helm, assist with raising the sails, and learn basic navigation and knot-tying under the guidance of our experienced volunteer captains. These hands-on activities aim to build confidence and create lasting memories. At the end of the voyage, participants are honored with a Sailing Angels wristband and a commemorative medallion, symbolizing their achievement.
Schedule and Registration:
Sailing excursions are available every weekend throughout the year. While the experience is offered at no cost, advance registration is required to ensure availability. To schedule your sailing adventure, please visit our registration page: https://sailingangels.org/how-to-register/
Come aboard and let the wind guide you to a memorable and uplifting experience with Sailing Angels!
