Natural Bridge Caverns Celebrates Fall

Natural Bridge Caverns, TEXAS’ Largest Caverns, continues to celebrate 60 Years of Discovery with its first ever Fall Festivities. Fall is one of the beautiful times of year in the Hill Country and there is no better place to gather outdoors with family and friends. Beginning October 3rd, Natural Bridge Caverns will feature live outdoor performances by local musicians from New Braunfels and San Antonio in the park’s Discovery Village. Performances will be held weekends from October 3rd through November 1st. Enjoy music, food, a selection of wines and imported and domestic beers while enjoying our wide-open spaces and taking in the Texas Hill Country scenery.
The fun continues October 24th, 25th 31st and November 1st, when Natural Bridge Caverns presents Trail of Treats. Kids will enjoy safe Trick or Treating from 3:00 pm – 5:00 pm each day, a FREE mini-hay maze for the little tykes and FREE admission will be offered to the “AMAZEn’ Ranch Round Up” when kids wear their family-friendly costume to the park. A special appearance and presentation from Happy Tails Entertainment will be featured on Saturday, October 24 and 31, at 1:00 pm & 3:00 pm. Kids will see some local and exotic animals up close and personal.
Families can continue to explore and rediscover Natural Bridge Caverns in a whole new light with its’ ALL -NEW multimillion-dollar LED Lighting package on the Discovery Tour. The new lighting system is the first of its kind in North America and replaces the old lighting system which was installed back in 1964 when the caverns first opened. Now with over 1,200 fixtures, the caverns can illuminate formations with never-before seen views, making them look brighter with more definition and clarity.
Other surface attractions, like Twisted Trails, the World’s largest outdoor zip rails and ropes course,Twisted Tykes, the smaller version of Twisted Trails for kids under 48” tall and the Discovery Mining Village where you can pan for gems, fossils and precious stones are also available.
