Spring Migration Bird Walk
Explore the wonderful world of birds with us!
Join us on a guided birding tour through Galveston Island State Park’s three major ecosystems: beach, coastal prairie, and bay to help learn avian species and the area's ecological importance. All ages are welcome.

- Bring: Sunscreen, bug spray, water, weather appropriate clothing and close-toed shoes that can get wet.
- Meet: Headquarters on the beach side. We will drive to a few locations and walk ~0.75 miles total on concrete, boardwalks, sand, and trail of mostly flat terrain.
- Cost: Entry fee is $5 for adults and FREE for children 12 & under. Park entry free with a State Parks Pass.
